No, there is no minimum number of hours required. Each employee has the freedom to tailor their schedule according to their own needs and availability.
Can you guarantee me a minimum number of hours per month?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific number of hours each month, as it depends on various factors beyond our control. However, due to the high demand and numerous contracts we have, you can easily work full-time hours or even more if you wish.
Do you have a platform where I can view your available shifts?
Yes, after you're hired, you'll have access to an app where you can indicate your availability, preferred facility types, locations, and more. Whenever a new opportunity arises, you'll receive a notification.
Can I work with you if I'm incorporated?
Yes, you can work with us as an incorporated entity without any issues, except for certain contracts that may have a clause preventing this type of subcontracting.
Do you offer referral bonuses if I refer a colleague to you?
